Terence Henricks is an astronaut who was born on July 5, 1952, in Ohio. Before he became an astronaut, Henricks was a test pilot.

Henricks became an astronaut in 1985. He has spent over 1000 hours on 4 spacecraft.

Henricks made his first flight aboard STS-44 in 1991. This was a Department of Defense mission. In 1993, Henricks was the pilot of STS-55.

Henricks commanded STS-70 in 1995. In 1996, Henricks made his fourth flight commanding STS-78. This was an international mission representing 10 nations.
