Brent Jett

Brent Jett is an American astronaut who was born on October 5, 1958, in Michigan. Before he became an astronaut, Jett was a test pilot.

Jett became an astronaut in 1992. He spent over 458 hours in space on two spaceflights.

In 1996, Jett made his first spaceflight aboard STS-72. Jett flew aboard STS-81 in 1997. The crew docked at the Russian Mir Space Station for 8 days.
