INTRODUCTION:

There\'s a saying that March "comes in like a lion and out like a lamb". In a way, this seems to be true in many places in the Northern Hemisphere. Typically, temperatures are lower at the beginning of the month, and winter storms may still occur. By the end of the month - hopefully - temperatures begin to warm and winter storms become less frequent. Read more
